Green Beer & Leprechaun Heinie | St. Patrick's Day Hangout
We had some fun on yesterday's live stream and celebrated St. Patrick's Day.
I tasted some green Irish beer and tasted some Aero pepermint chocolate which resembled Leprechaun heinie :)
I also gave away two coins - a 1937 American Mercury dime, and a 1910 Canadian large cent.
Join me every Sunday morning for Coffee With Liz. Hangout with like minded peeps from all over the world and win some cool coins :)

TUESDAY VIDEO RELEASE: A RARE KELLY SIGHTING + LARGE CENT & RING
TUESDAY VIDEO RELEASE
In today's video release, I reattended the "victorian pasture" along with my digging buddy Kelly.
Metal detecting finds included a 1876 Canadian Large Cent and a Cannetille gold wire ring (among other things).
Next week's weather looks promising. I am hoping to get out and get that first dig of 2017 under my belt.
Until next time, KEEP IT REAL

FRIDAY FINDS
It's Friday, and that means it's time to showcase some metal detecting finds.
A piece of horse tack |
Junk - there is always junk |
1916 Canadian Large Cent |

1837 American Large Cent |
Obverse - absolutely beautiful. LIBERTY is clearly seen. |
1900 Canadian Large Cent - Queen Victoria |

1907 Canadian Large Cent |

These all came from the same dig.
There is always junk to be found - but the treasures make it worthy.
Enjoy your weekend. If you can get out and do some metal detecting, by all means do !!!! The Canadian winter weather is here - so I will be spending my 'off time' researching and cleaning finds.

1876 Large Cent - Metal Detecting Video Sneak Peek
1876 LARGE CENT - Sneak Peek
Recorded this fall, this video was shot in Ancaster, Ontario Canada, in a Victorian pasture. Most of the relics unearthed in this pasture are dated in the mid 1800s.
I must say I was very surprised when this beautiful large cent was retrieved from the hole.
1876 !!! Now that is old.
I hope you enjoy the video and can sense the exhilaration in my voice.
That's about it for today.
Until tomorrow, remember to KEEP IT REAL.
